Over the last decade life gave us manifold opportunities to develop an excellence in – failing. From an outer perspective we are simply broken. The attempt to bring our competencies to where we think they were needed most put us both in a place of financial scarcity and social marginalisation – actually the contrary of what we embarked for when we started our journey, driven by an unshakeable courage and passion.
Where to go from here? Standing at the crossroad together we experienced the intimacy with life to a hitherto unknown degree. We failed. And we were alive. In our attempt to bring back soul to the social contexts where linear thinking and a mechanistic worldview violated life we had lost sight to our own souls needs.
The intimacy we experienced in the moment of giving up arose from the quality of this moment of truth itself. We are here to be with you in yours.

Orange Cross Networks is an initiative that seeks to acknowledge and respond to the deep human need to relate to a possible future. Due to the mechanic and linear world view which is dominant in the western cultures way of thinking the needs of our souls are neglected. This is even more true if it comes to catastrophes and major events destroying the existing infrastructure. The focus is on the outer repair. The deep trepidation in peoples sense for a future remains unaddressed.
Henrik Langholf, business consultant and process facilitator for large groups and Ann La-Forker, trauma therapist and systems thinker, are here to change that. Trained in future oriented process work, trauma therapy and spiritual approaches they are able to meet the trepidation in the depth where it happened.
Beyond the competences combined here in these two devoted people the great potential of this joint work lays in the lively discourse between masculine and feminine qualities – emerging here as Orange Cross – embodied by a couple that knows how to face the challenges of life in communion and co-creation.

- For each of us there also exists a very personal layer which has to do with our unique journey and the specific experiences that grew us. And it is important to express this truth and to be witnessed by others –
- that all voices can be heard and contribute to the integrity of the whole. This is the actual purpose of the initiative, to open a space for the 8 billion people walking on our planet with the question: what is integrity for you?

Upon request Orange Cross Network sends teams of facilitators and project managers for a defined time in order to build up a temporary „future campus“. A space where all that matters is collected and integrated to shape new regional, national and international connections, to empower the sense of integrity and to build new hopes and visions for tomorrow. Orange Cross Network’s work is done at the given destination when a mood of sunrise has re-entered the hearts of the people.
